Jack Thompson has been a great job at becoming a plague on the video game scene.
But now he is rubbing Miami District Court Judge Ronald Friedman the wrong way.
In case you missed it, Jack didn't have good things to say about Mr.Friedman after his ruling last week.
Good ol' Jack Thompson could be jailed, although if found in contempt, hed receive censure or a fine.
Attorneys for Philadelphia law firm Blank-Rome filed a “Petition for Order to Show Cause.” The motion requests that Judge Friedman order Thompson to appear in court and show cause as to why he should not be held in contempt.
Thompson is quoted in GamePolitics responding thus, “You want to play hardball…? You want to try to throw me in jail? You have no idea what you are unleashing in doing this. Youre at the brink…”
