"Jack Thompson has requested Midway cease and desist distributing Mortal Kombat: Armageddon, in response to a user-created character being made in his image and posted on the internet."
Jack also sent in this email to Midway
"“It has today come to my attention that the newly recently Mortal Kombat: Armageddon contains an unauthorized commercial exploitation of my name, photograph, image, and likeness within the game.”
“You are commanded to cease and desist immediately [emphasis Thompsons] from the distribution of this game because of this unauthorized, illegal content…”
