Nintendo has announced that it has reached an agreement with Amazon and eBay through which the shopping sites will prohibit the sale of the R4 and other DS flashcarts.
Nintendo has been keen on this for sometime now, granted I do own a flashcart for my DS, I think 90 percent of people I know do own one. I can understand where Nintendo is going with that, and they have every right to stomp the floor about this. But the real loser out of all this is the home brew community.
Time and time again we've seen a lot of app's and games come from these people who just wish to show case a hobby they love.
As for Nintendo and the fight, how about taking an approach like MS and release XNA type of environment for people to buy into and play.
