New 360?

This 360 first was spotted over at gamespot.com in a ad banner. During a Samsung 360 event (where the pictures came from) someone took couple of snap shots of the unit.

When PR rep of MS was asked about the unit he said

"This is pure speculation and not based on any confirmed announcements from Microsoft."
As you can see pictures do not lie.
So what do you think new unit? or Dev kit?

as i have no idea of xbox, are there any noticable differences except the color?

Kitty's w/ 'review' kits. Technically a different part number from a debug, but still runs debug code.
